• Data Processing Delays Continue

    We are once again experiencing data processing delays on some accounts. Our engineers continue to look for potential causes of the delays. Please reach out to support@rampmetrics.com or your support contact on slack if you suspect delays in processing your account’s data, or if you have any other questions. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we work through this issue.

    Update 8/19/2022, 10:14am: We are continuing to work through issues with the backlog of data to reindex. If you see a “metrics are reindexing” message on page, it means that updates to the underlying data for that page is in the indexing backlog.

  • Data Processing Delay

    A hotfix deployed on Thursday August 12 inadvertently caused significant delays in processing new data loads during the nightly build process. The issue was discovered and fixed the following Monday morning, but it’s taken longer than expected for all of the backlogged data to be processed. We expect things to be caught up by Wednesday morning but will be continuing to monitor the process.

    Update 8/17/2022, 9:36am: Reindexing of backlogged data continues this morning and will likely take until this afternoon to complete. We appreciate your patience as we work through this issue.

  • Data Refresh Bug

    A bug was discovered in the way that rampmetrics queries for Opportunity data to rebuild/reindex. A fix for the bug was deployed shortly thereafter.
